Leather and Silk Organza

In these pieces, Deepa Panchamia moulds her sculptural fabrics around the female form, using it as a vehicle to display her work. Cocooned around the head, neck and body, the fabric contours the human shape and then takes on a direction of its own, inconsistent with the natural form.
